Willow Baby Photography

I took my twin babies here for a photoshoot and the experience was delightful. Denise is great to work with. I liked that we got to combine some of my ideas and some of her ideas for the photoshoot so it wasn't all on me to come up with everything (or vice versa). I especially love the little video she put together. Everything was super easy and smooth.

After agonizing over a photographer for my baby's first photoshoot, I am so pleased to have chosen Willow Baby. I did so much research on local photographers in the San Jose/Santa Cruz area, but Willow Baby seemed to be the most consistent and creative, and my experience panned out. They helped me recreate a photo from my own babyhood with my mom, and really helped bring my vision to life. Their taste is flawless and I'm so happy with the poses they set up. The photographer and assistant were naturals with baby and are literally professionals at making baby smile. I look forward to hanging their photographs in my house for decades to come.

Wow!! What a great experience! Our family had newborn pictures taken and not only did they come out great, the time spent during the photoshoot was one of the better experiences we've had. Denise was patient, calm, respectful and not too mention SUPER talented! Highly recommend and we will be visiting her again!

We have know Denise for over 7 years and she has helped capture amazing moments for 2 out of 4 of our children. Not only are her photos amazing, she is so great to work with. She is creative, patient and has always gone the extra mile for us.

For our son, we did all the milestones (newborn, 3, 6, 9, 12 months, cake smash). We plan to do the same for our daughter. We highly recommend Denise if you want to capture amazing memories of your little ones.

Denise and her assistant are true Baby whisperers! Willow Baby Photography was recommended by not only several friends but also by my OBGYN! She had taken her babies in to Willow baby as well and her pictures were amazing! I was so excited to go and I can tell you that Denise did not disappoint!
From the moment you enter her beautiful home you know that you are in good hands. Her studio was immaculate which really spoke to my OCD LOL. Our baby didn't ever cry or fuss because Denise is so gentle with her posing and the room was the perfect temperature for a little one. The props and set ups she has are more extensive than any other newborn photographer in the Bay Area! We couldn't believe how sweet those tiny little newborn clothes and tiny stuffed animals and hats are! I was so impressed with how clean everything was.
I love the fact that she didn't use a bright flash when taking the photos. I read that flash is bad for newborns under 30 days so this was really important to me as well.
We got our gallery back within two weeks and I literally cried tears of happiness. The pictures are beyond amazing and my baby will now forever be captured in this sweet newborn stage that you can never get back. I have to say that Denise also made me look amazing in the photos LOL I still had baby weight and was slightly puffy at the time of the session but Denise worked her magic and I actually looked amazing in the photos. I am going back for the six month session as well as the One Year Cake Smash session and the Mini Christmas session!! If you want the best newborn photographer in the Bay Area than you should book Denise. Every single newborn gallery that I have seen of hers was perfection (including my friend's triplet gallery and my other friend who has 3 kids - all 3 of her babies had pictures done at Willow Baby).
