He gave us a reasonable estimate, and kept us informed. The team who came out to do the work was prompt, very skilled at their craft and mindful of our property. When they left, you could hardly tell they've been there except for the gorgeous new roof. We highly recommend their company!

(December 10, 2022, 9:14 pm)I collected quotes from 5-6 roofers in the East Bay, but Pacific Coast impressed me the most. Other companies gave incomplete quotes or options (not including the detached garage or gutters, for example) or were outright rude on the phone. While not the absolute cheapest of the bunch, Brian and Pacific Coast had the strongest communication start to finish, and a better warranty to boot. The on-sight crew and crew leads were on-time, friendly, and professional. The roof looks great, and it has already performed flawlessly under a couple major storms!

Pacific Coast Roofing was able to work very fast with my insurance and the inspector to get the roof repair approved. Scheduling the work was easy and fast after. The crew came in promptly as scheduled and worked quickly and thoroughly. They made sure all my requests were met.

He came out personally to check and they made temporary repairs until we could have the entire roof replaced. The crew performing the replacement was extremely fast. He worked around our schedule and finished in a timely manner. Very happy with the finished product. They were upfront with their pricing and kept in touch when additional repairs were needed. I would highly recommend this company for any roofing needs.
