(September 14, 2022, 4:35 pm)I’ve been living here at the property for almost four years . I can honestly say it was challenging at first because of prior management. Since they’ve changed over to Greystar the staff has been more friendlier , community gatherings have been hosted, and the grounds are more cleaner . Laurel(Property Manager) and her team are doing amazing !

(June 25, 2013, 9:15 pm)I have enjoyed living here for almost 3 years. I chose Waterford for the walking convenience to 580, restaurants and Safeway. The complex is gated with great amenities. I have used the gym, pool, hot tub, and clubhouse. All outstandingly clean. The staff is incredibly warm, friendly and helpful. I have never needed any repairs, but the maintenance staff changes the light bulbs when they burn out! The office team is fantastic! I belong to a few wine clubs and have deliveries often. They take care of everything.
Parking is sufficient. However, when parking, I would watch out for the support structure poles. If I did not purchase a home I would have definitely stayed.
