Vacaville Glass

I wasn't able to delete my original review (AT ALL), so updating this. Was helped by Megan in person and felt that she truly loves her job of helping people and knowing the business well.

My wife and I just had a glass door for our walk-in shower installed and all the windows replaced in our home. From start to finish we couldn’t be more pleased. The customer service was second to none, and Leo and his crew did an amazing job with the installation. We would highly recommend Vacaville glass.

Quoted and installed within a week. Good customer service on the phone with the people scheduling and the techs were on time, fast and didn't leave a mess which I was expecting with glass. Would recommend.

I recently had Vacaville Glass replace all 10 of the old single pane aluminum windows in my house. They were done in one day, cleaned up well and did a fantastic job. The crew was friendly and professional. Many of the guys had been working there over 10 years which is usually a good testament to the company.

I chose them because they were the only company that always completely cuts down the old frames. This allows for slightly larger windows and they don’t have to place a plastic trim piece around the inside of the windows. They look so much better without that ugly trim! You can’t tell the difference between the retrofit windows and the new construction windows that were installed as part of some repair work I had done recently.

Their prices were competitive with other bigger companies, the installation was far better than the other companies planned to do and the office staff was very friendly and helpful. I have had them make replacement window screens before and will definitely use them again if needed.

I don’t leave a lot of reviews but I just had a great experience and
felt like I should take the time to at least thank Vacaville Glass, we
had a problem with vandalism and needed windows replaced quickly for
security reasons. Megan understood the issues I was dealing with and she
had Leo out the same day getting measurements and had things under
control from that point so I was able to focus on other issues. 5
