We live in San Francisco and we have stairs, but no elevator in our building. When my husband is sick or too weak to go up/down the stairs on his own he misses doctors appointments and dialysis sessions. Trying to find a safe and reliable transportation service that includes stair assistance for my 210-220 lbs husband was a huge task. We tried a few other transportation services and my husband always felt like he might get dropped while being carried up/down the stairs. Thankfully, we found Trust Medical Transportation. My husband feels safe and secure in their hands. They're professional, courteous, and very caring. They named their business perfectly. TRUST. Such a simple word, yet it's exactly how we feel about them. We TRUST them. We've used their services numerous times over the past few years and they're the only medical transport company we will ever use.

Terry's husband up two flights of stairs and down three times a week for dialysis and for any appointments we have for any other doctors appointments most reliable company that I've ever had to work with the kind considerate and compassionate about the customers

They picked me up on time. Cared about my pain and needs. Very professional. I highly recommend this company. ERIC and his assistant were the best ever. You need to tip them well, I did, they have my life and well being in their hands. I will be using them again soon. Look no further, higher this company. Door to door service. If you are over weight, don't lie, they need to know to be prepared, just saying. Their equipment comes in different sizes and weight allowance. They care about your safety.. They need YOU save...
