I chose this company because they are a locally owned and operated business. They did not disappoint. I was in crisis after my toddler Sharpied all over my house including a couch that was less than a year old. I called Nick at TVCC with some hope he could help me. I immediately felt his empathy for my situation even though he couldn’t promise that he could get the stains out. I was ready to give it a shot, and Nick was prompt and professional when he arrived at my house. He totally over delivered and got 90% of the stains out snd I am thrilled with the result. I would recommend them to anyone!

Nick has been cleaning the rugs of my families’ (my mother-in-law, grandma and other) homes for several years now and consistently does a fantastic job in all of his work. He is incredibly professional, with adhering to COVID protocols and cleanliness of his trucks and additional supplies, all for a reasonable price and incredible customer experience. He really puts the customer first in his needs assessments, both over the phone and before cleaning, is thorough (non-transactional). He uses top of the line products in his treatment applications and is very upfront with the likelihood of cleaning something beyond repair (pet stains, wine, etc).

I recently had our 8 year old sofa cleaned after relocating our game room downstairs and for an 8 year old sofa, he made it look (and smell) brand new.

I continue to refer him out to friends, family and neighbors for his expertise, client-focused customer service and his overall care for his equipment, among his care for his community.

I would highly recommend Mr. Magic to clean your home, or place of business.

Nick is professional and very on-the-ball with response time. He's a really helpful guy and will make sure that you're getting the services you need, when you need them.

I've used him twice now for carpet cleaning and love the results I get. Everything smells great and looks good as new. I plan on using Tri-Valley Carpet Care again soon!

Nick did an amazing job with our carpets! We had some serious stains (coffee spills, kid messes, and pet stains) and Nick was able to get them out with no problem. I appreciated his thorough attention to detail and discovering even hidden stains I was unaware of. He was fast and our carpets looked, felt, and smelled like new in no time! I would HIGHLY recommend!!!

I am so glad we went with Nick to clean our carpets. He answered all of our questions, gave a reasonable quote, and fit us in on short notice. He is super nice, on time, and our carpets look amazing. He got out old water and pet stains from the previous home owner and more recent stains from throw up. He used corner protectors when he brought his cleaning equipment hose into the house, which were great.

Our carpets dried in 2-3 days. I wouldn't hesitate to work with Nick again.

I researched online and the consensus was hot water extraction, the method Nick uses, is really the best way to go for sanitizing carpets and removing stains.

After Nick cleaned our second floor, our cat threw up his dinner and a pink stain was left right in the middle of the walkway even though we tried to clean the area immediately. Nick did a fantastic job on removing that spot stain and it dried super quick.

I am definitely calling Nick again when I need to sanitize/clean my couch and area rugs.
