Excellent experience from the moment we entered the lot. I had been car shopping for about 3/4 weeks when we came here and were told they had they exact car I had been looking for! They said it had arrived days prior and I was relieved to find a car I really liked. The customer service was amazing throughout the whole buying process and never once did I feel pressured. With a limited supply, she continued to follow up on vehicles that would show on the lot. We reserved my car that was being made by putting down money that goes towards the down payment. She had all the paperwork prepped and ready to sign at both reserving the car and when purchasing. Upon delivery, she let me know in advance that it was on its way. Maddie's a solid person. Super thorough, organized, fantastic communication and great to deal with. When we cut close to her time, she had Saeed, her copartner, help with the finalization of the deal. Another wonderful person to deal with.

All in all, this is my third car purchased from a dealership and by far has been the best experience.

Toyota Vallejo is an exceptional dealership for buying and serving cars. This business knows how to serve customers and provide a smooth and easy experience. We purchased a 2022 Camry Hybrid SE and had no issues with the typical “bait and switch”, sneaky pricing, and other tricks that are so common with most dealerships in the Bay Area (Dublin Toyota is the worst). We worked directly with Robert, Luis, and Leslie. When our car was available, it only took 90 minutes to complete the paperwork. Everyone was friendly, respectful of our time, and very professional. Our first service appointment was equally as positive. Toyota Vallejo is a top-tier dealership that’s in a class above all others. We’ll be buying out next Toyota from this dealership. Their amazing service has earned our loyalty for a lifetime!
