Jay with Service Champions was wonderful to work with. He arrived early-on in the 2 hour service window (most companies make you wait for 3-4 hours and arrive late) he’s extremely kind, he has a wonderful sense of humor, and he was patient with my many questions. He came out to give us a quote for a new furnace and I could not be more satisfied with his attention to detail, and easy to understand explanations. I feel like we’re in good hands with Jay and Service Champions.

The tech that came out was extremely professional, polite, and courteous, he explained everything to us. I would highly recommend John Endriss from Service Champions he's the best. I'm very satisfied with the service he provided.

Service Champions are the best! They installed a high end furnace 8 years ago. I immediately signed up for the VIP program. Over the 8 years they have installed a hot water heater, figured out how to get heat into an adjoining room and in general have provided top notch, qualified, friendly service. This morning’s issue was to make sure that water from these massive storms that has gotten into my basement has not affected my furnace that is in a crawl space under the first floor of my house. Each technician that has been here has performed exemplary service with a smile and sense of humor! Thank you Service Champions! Dependable and awesome!

Service Champions is the very best. I have only used this company for the last 25 years. They only hire the best! I am always impressed by the professional technicians. Jesse is the best! I learned so much just talking to him. I am looking into improving my insulation in my attic and also considering a water filtration system. Highly recommended!!

I have used Service Champions a few times and their customer service is excellent which is hard to come by these days.

Today Jonathan Nichols came to do a diagnostic on my heater. He was on time and took the time to explained every step of the way in detail. It was very informative. After diagnosing the problem he told me that I have 2 options, to have them replace gas valve or I like to join the MVP program. I joined the program since it only makes sense. I also have it for another property.
However, since dealing with many companies I have to say it was nice to talk to someone with excellent customer service. I would highly recommend Service Champions and Jonathan Nichols.
