Love my gold filled paperclip chain Natalie has chosen for me. She warned me about being extra careful for the first couple days since I will not be used to having a bracelet on just yet. But if I do snag it I can just bring it back for her to fix for free. Even though I mountain bike and love the outdoors, my chain is still very durable and I've had it for 4 months now with no issues.

Natalie is just the best!! I’ve been going to four years for my eyebrow and eyeliner needs! I originally started with microshading which lasted me 3 years before I got ombré shading! My sister, daughter, and I came to Natalie for permanent jewelry about 2 months ago. Natalie is a true gem and life saver! She offered to help me for an emergency removal even though it was from another artist's work. It was later in the evening but was so caring enough to help me at her home studio at the time. She was very kind to me and explained the different removal techniques and why she recommended the method she wanted to do. She also educated me on the different type of permanent brow makeup and how a different technique would have suited me better. She spent three hours of her time helping me for my first removal. Throughout the months I healed, she followed up with me and she also did not mind receiving updates with questions and concerns. A few months later, Natalie was kind enough to squeeze me in her busy schedule for a second removal at her beautiful studio.

My botched microblading job was so traumatizing but I was so fortunate to have Natalie's help to remove it. I highly recommend Natalie for permanent eyebrow work as well as removal. She is extremely knowledgeable and professional!
