(Timely responses over phone (can be slow over emails) and accomodating some of our special needs as we travel with a 65-year old parents who cant speak English. Helpful advice when giving travel consultation taking customers at heart and not trying to oversell any tours. I travel with tour agents often and I would say they are among the best!!!

Thang Long travel is one of the rare Vietnamese travel companies in San Jose in particular and Northern California in general. The first time I chose to travel here was because the tour cost was so cheap compared to other companies. I had useful and exciting experiences with Mr. Son and Ms. Winny. They are very enthusiastic and thoughtful in arranging tours according to each tourist season of the year. I know they have thoroughly researched the places that will take visitors, such as the weather, traffic, dining, rest, shopping in a very organized way to create favorable conditions for visitors be as comfortable as possible. Besides, we also hear the tour guide that shares funny stories, historical stages related to where we are going. Most of the service fees are inclusive of the trip, and you will not have to pay any other costs except for shopping, personal gifts at places to visit. Tourists often follow family groups, spouses, and close friends. Naturally, besides the very fastidious guests, they require more than other customers. I have seen some people are a very upset, very aggressive personality that affects the whole tour group as not following the trip itinerary time, demanding claims as a queen. They will look for any trip sabotage if the tour guide does not meet their requirements. I sympathize with the tour guide, who is under a lot of pressure about such mean customers. There are many guests delighted with the services of Thang Long travel, so they came back on the next journey with Thang Long travel, including me.

This is the first time I book Thang Long Travel's East Coast and Canada tour. This is an interesting trip with the tour guide - Winny. She was very happy and enthusiastic about the 9-day tour. We have gained useful knowledge about the places and the history of the places that went. We especially thank the bus driver - Mark and the tour guide for giving me a safe and enjoyable trip.
