(April 23, 2021, 12:38 pm)We have a supplier that uses R + L Carriers to deliver product we use for our company, The Paver Guy's. I wanted to share my experience with Roderick today. WOW can I say customer service has not died! I am SO impressed with how polite and efficient he is. He called to make sure I would be home for the delivery and was early! I am so impressed with Roderick! Way to go on this new hire R + L. And thank you Roderick for the best customer service I have had in a while!

(May 18, 2020, 2:03 pm)I am surprised to see all the negative reviews. We just had the most amazing delivery experience with these guys. We had a BBQ delivered from The BBQGuys, and R+L Carriers delivered. We received a call last week to setup day and time, and then a confirmation call over the weekend, couple days ahead of the agreed upon day to confirm. The driver called us when he was 20 minutes away. He was very polite, and when he got here right on time, he even took pains to leave the BBQ in a safe place where we could grab it from easily. By far the best delivery experience I've ever had.
