(January 15, 2023, 6:18 pm)We've been giving here for a long time but recently started bringing our kids. They do good testing and are willing to take the time to explain the good and bad results. I recommend doing the retina scan often. It's not standard but it's only a few dollars extra and one scan managed to catch a vascular issue I was having early. I was grateful for that.

From the young lady who did my pre-testing, Jackie, to my comprehensive eye exam with Dr. Lew, and retrieving my records via email only a few hours later from Noelia — the team operates like a well oiled machine.
Dr. Lew was outstanding. She performed my eye exam and explained my results with thoroughness and clarity. As someone who also works at a medical office, I’m picky about where I go for my health checkups. I highly recommend it here! -

(December 30, 2022, 2:56 pm)Great experience at Sunnyvale Optometry. The owner was telling me they’ve been in business for 3 generations and it shows as this place runs incredibly smoothly. Dr. Caitlyn Lew provided me with a comprehensive exam and answered all questions. In the past I’ve just been to LensCrafters, Target Optical, Site for Sore Eyes etc, and in the 15+ annual eye exams I’ve had, Dr. Lew is the ONLY optometrist that went over my retinal imaging and explained various anatomical structures and why it’s important to keep tabs on it. My insurance benefits and copays were also made very clear so no surprises on checking out. Will come back again!

(July 31, 2022, 2:03 am)I have been going here for the last 10 years and they are great! I don’t know why the other reviews are so harsh. I have found them to be consistently professional, competent and efficient. They even fit me in same day today because I thought I had a contact stuck in my eye.
