Sophistikey Locksmith

Thieves tried to steal my truck and destroyed my ignition switch. I called Sophistikey and he was there within an hour. He had the ignition switch removed and replaced in about an hour. Super honest and knowledgeable. I watched him and it was not an easy job. He put all the column covers and tilt adjuster back on as well.

This guy is great. Excellent communication, quick service, friendly and professional. I traveled from out of state and didn't have keys to pick up a vehicle in Castro Valley. He was able to able the door and quickly get us going with keys. He has been in the locksmith business for almost twenty years. I would never use anyone else when I'm in this area.

I called Sophistikey and their smith was out to me within 20 minutes and unlocked my car almost right away. The other 2 locksmiths I called didn't even give me a quote or get back to me till after Sophistikey had already come and got the job done , and I called Sophistikey last! Really affordable and great service too. 10/10

This is a late review, but me and my husband locked ourselves out of our house late at night. I contacted Sophistikey and they came right away. They opened my house within minutes. It was so fast and the person that came was very nice and professional. We appreciate all your help and would recommend to anyone!

Both key fobs for my car were severely worn and not working but I was able to start the car so I took them to Sophisitkey and they sorted me out. At first, it looked like there was a synching issue between the car and the key and some extensive work would be required but they were patient. They managed to not only get me a new key, they were able to fully repair the circuitry of one of the old keys fully and partially repair the other. I left with three working keys at a reasonable price and with plenty of time to make my appointments that day!
