I appreciate Dr. Shelby's advocacy to have one's colonoscopy every five years instead of ten. With cancers on the rise, catching it early is key in my opinion. In addition, he is very pleasant and kind as is his staff and his procedural staff.
Dr. Shelby and his staff were very accommodating, knowledgeable, and personable. All questions answered to my satisfaction. Procedure went well. A very short wait time before my procedure and all persons involved were excellent.
Dr. Shelby runs a tight ship. My colonoscopy was so easy . I was out of there within a few hours after having a lovely nap and then returning home. Dr Shelby and staff were caring, compassionate and efficient. I wouldn’t think of going to anyone else for this procedure.
Always on time very very nice staff and they take care of you. Dr Shelby is so thorough and comes in and talks with you about your procedure before you leave. Follows up with a letter and schedules a follow call if needed. Highly recommend. This is how every doctor should treat a patient.
Dr. Shelby and his staff are all excellent and deserve recognition. My entire experience from start to finish was exemplary. They treat all their patients with respect and care. The facility is immaculate and comfortable. Definitely recommend!
