Royal Oaks Senior Mobile Home

We have been staying at Alderwood for 2yrs now. Its a lively place with lot of neighborhood activity. Many feel at home here! The maintenance staff including Cruz, Juan and Socorro are prompt and keep up the place very well. Brianna and Alvin at leasing office have been very helpful in all our requests. Really appreciate them all! Thanks to all of them, we are having a memorable stay at Alderwood!

Its been amazing staying at Alderwood! The staff is very friendly and helped us navigate leasing options that work best for us! I lived here a few years ago and have nothing but positive things to say about Alderwood Apartments! Great location, super friendly and helpful staff, and wonderful neighbors! The cherry on top has been the leasing office team’s professionalism and commitment to their residents even if they no longer reside there!! It has been almost 10 years since we sadly moved away from Alderwood/Bay Area. However, I recently received a call from them informing me that they had received a package addressed to me! Not sure how that happened but Jazmine Gee and her team totally went out of their way to contact me, walk over the package to the postal office twice (long story!) to ensure that the package was safely delivered to me!

Talk about amazing customer service and loyalty to their residents (including past ones)!! I guess once a resident, always a resident of Alderwood! THANK YOU Alderwood Team! You all rock!

alderwood is a wonderful place to call home. I stayed in the apartment complex for 8 years, then I got to move out-of-state. The staff is extremely helpful and nice. They always go out of their way to help us. I certainly love the apartment and miss it

New Manager, Terri is great. Very helpful & nice. Rules haves been relaxed a bit and new owners seem to care about the residents. A+ park with no tin homes only wood. Nice trees and sunsets.

I wasn't to sure about moving into a senior mobile home park,but I can honestly say the people in the park are so friendly and welcoming. And it's very comforting know that neighbors look after one another. And the NEW management are such great and down to earth people. They treat you like family, and are doing so much updates throughout the park. The clubhouse and pool area are looking great. And lots of fun activities to do. Really love owning my first home and living in this park. sosmuch

Recently moved into this apartment community from another Prometheus property- Orchard Glen. Our move was quite seamless even during pandemic times.

I Had few parking spot issues initially but management took care of it and gave a convenient spot! Thanks Melissa.

This community truly is a green, quiet and peaceful one.. landscaping is very attractive too.
They have Latch installed at this property which gives a sense of security even more.
Service technicians are quick and professional! Proximity to Central park is a plus.
