This is a very nice family park and likely the best one of its kind in the Sonoma County area. It's very large, has huge area for kids to play and 2 swimming pools. It's nicely landscaped and very well maintained. Unlike other parks it has path ways all over to allow you to get just about anywhere without having to go around the entire park and it's will lit at night. Close to shopping and would highly recommend.

My daughter and my grandchildren live there, it's a mobile home park it's a family park not a senior citizen, it has a park. Also a swimming pool, It is one that does need a little TLC done around because most of the Residence and the owners are all hard-working middle-class, low income people don't look for the rich there. Most of all of my grandchildren like it there and that's what counts to me

I feel like this place was kept up so much more last year.. The workers were a lot more friendly and less catty too. The rent seems to be going up and up but still im not reallly seeing too much change arpund here with all the concerns and such. I do love living here and the people are great, for the most part, but its starting to not be worth it anymore.
