Alto who is the director of the service department does an excellent job ! He is professional , patient, and diplomatic . I had an issue with my brand new F 8 that I only had for a week . The parking brake kept activating which prevented the car from moving . Unfortunately, the service department of the dealership that sold me the car did not fix the issue after having the car in the shop for over two weeks . They returned the car with the same issue recurring. Alto said he was fully booked for three weeks and that he would do his best to fit my issue in . He and his team diagnosed the problem within a couple days and notified me of their success The defective part was replaced and they returned my car after five days !! Exceeded my expectations !!

Great team of people to work with. They were very accommodating before and after the purchase. Jason was the sales manager I worked with and his follow up is second to none. Kris was the finance manager who took care of everything with ease. The overall dealership was clean, the techs were very knowledgeable to my questions and the staff was friendly.

Fantastic service. Sarah is always a pleasure to work with and Gianfranco is an amazing technician. My appointment was scheduled really quickly and the service as done in only a few days. I feel very valued as a customer here and the staff is so friendly and accommodating. I will continue to have my car serviced here. Thank you!

Bought my California T here and Julija made it one of the best car purchases I’ve made in a long time. She was really open to listening to my questions and explaining everything. I also brought the car to the service department recently for regular maintenance. Sarah & Alto were great in going over my car and coordinating what needs to be done. Thank you Julija, Sarah & Alto for a great customer experience at Silicon Valley! I’ll be back soon i’m sure.
