(January 14, 2021, 10:31 pm)After a horrible experience of waiting for over 2 hours (with an appointment) then three failed Attempts of drawing blood, I gave up and decided to go back to the pleasant hill location I’ve gone to for half my life but this time, without an appointment.
In less than 15 minutes, I was registered, greeted by the sweetest technician, (Gina) blood drawn with zero Pain and out the door. As weird as it may sound, it was the most pleasant medical experience. All phlebotomist should be trained by Gina.
