I have lived here going on five years now and I couldn't be happier to call this place home. The location is convenient to access most places in the Bay Area easily and tucked away enough to be quiet. The community itself has been taken care of by a maintenance crew that has been here since before I arrived. Hugo has showed nothing but great work and care with any issues that have come up over the years. You don't have to wait long for the job to get done right. They make themselves available everyday and are always friendly when passing through. I can't thank him and his crew enough for everything that they do to keep this community looking great and operating smoothly.

I've lived here for many years and continue to have a great experience. My apartment is wonderful and a great place to call home. Maintenance has always responded to my requests within 24 hours and they have been completed quickly and correctly. Hugo has always been very professional when making any repairs. I have enjoyed the time I've lived here and would recommend Canyon Oaks to anyone looking for a new place to call home.

Canyon Oaks is a great community complex. Location is ideal with great amenities. Excellent schools are in a very close proximity. Staff at Canyon Oaks are very helpful and friendly. Maintenance staff is readily available to help when needed. Work orders submitted are completed in a timely manner. The grounds are always kept nice and inviting by the crew. Hugo is the maintenance supervisor and is always friendly and approachable with excellent customer service.

Going on 7 years that I have lived at Canyon Oaks. I have appreciated Hugo and maintenance crew who are really the only ones I see these days. Feel better knowing they are a constant in this community. It is a great place to live - very quiet and the common areas are kept clean, the buildings are well maintained and just painted.

In all my years as a resident I have had a different experience other than the ones I have read here on google regarding Canyon Oaks. So, I wanted to share that I actually I’ve had the pleasure of working with Hugo our maintenance tech at Canyon Oaks, and I have to say that I was thoroughly impressed with his professionalism, efficiency, and attention to detail. From start to finish, the entire maintenance process is seamless and hassle-free. I request repair or any issues using app (Rentcafe), usually within 24-48 hours depending on request they complete my work order. In my experience, Hugo always provided high-quality service. He was prompt and courteous, and he did an excellent job of explaining what the solutions were as they related to my work order. He really would go above and beyond to ensure that all my work orders were completed. I was always completely satisfied with the end result. If you see Hugo around property, say hello, he is friendly and willing to help. Thanks again Hugo for all your outstanding work!
