This rating is for Tabitha who keeps this place spotless and secure. As for the corporate end of things.. 2stars. They need to care more about their customers and appreciate all that their staff does for them.

The storage employee was very nice, but their prices were a little high for what I needed, and they did not have any 1st month specials, only the Pittsburgh store does. Also, a very nice size Public Storage.

Tabitha at the 3501 Deer Valley Road , Antioch, CA location is the BEST!! She gave me so much information on our storage and no one has ever helped us out IN PERSON, such as Tabitha! She’s what Public Storage needed in the past years since we moved our furniture into this Location👍🏼👍🏼she was very sweet and helpful and helped me make my payment and she told me what was good for us and she explained the fees and she updated me about the broken elevator that is finally working - she gave us service with a Great Attitude with a Great Smile - Good Luck Tabitha! Please keep Tabitha longer than the others - She looks like she will bring more customers the Satisfaction we all need for what we pay for- everything has gone up , but when you get someone like Tabitha- it doesn’t bother us as much- Everyone has to make a Living - Ty Public Storage for hiring Tabitha!

If anyone ever asks me about a storage i am letting them know about Tabitha and this property.. its very clean and Tabitha will make the move easy.. I give her 5x the 5 stars.

Tabitha was very friendly. Explain everything we asked about . Did not have problem with answer any questions I had. Despite my united being broke into and I was not giving my money for the things that were lose, due previous staff that was there before the lovely Tabitha. Tabitha was very sympathetic and had very good customer service. Greeted me with a smile when I walked in the door. She is the best. Wish I could give her 10 stars.
