Problem Solvers (Brian O'Neill) in San Mateo has been the "go to"
company for my medical practice computer needs over the past 14 years.
From software to hardware problems to the purchases of computer
networks, Brian has responded in a timely manner with repeated success.
He has been available in times of crisis as well as for routine
maintenance issues. I recommend his professional services
wholeheartedly.

It was a pleasure to speak with you this morning, and thank you again
(as always) for your all of your help!!
To tell you the truth, I'm not sure 5 stars really addresses the work
that Brian does.
I've used computers for years, but I don't understand how they work or
how to repair software problems, and Brian has come to my rescue on many
occasions.
I called Brian this morning because of a problem that recently surfaced,
and Brian walked me through the repair over the phone. Brian always
seems to know what to do, and I find his ability to solve problems
quickly pretty amazing.
Brian is not only highly skilled, he is patient, approachable, and
delightful to work with. Brian has been my "go-to" computer specialist
for years, and I wouldn't even consider contacting anyone else.
If I could give Brian more than 5 stars, I would! He's great! Thank you,
thank, you, thank you, Brian!!
I don't THINK Yelp will filter it, but I can't be sure. My guess,
though, is that if it's still on the first page tomorrow, it will
probably stay there. Let's hope!

Brian has been working with us for many years and has provided us with outstanding computer services. Most recently, I was having a problem with my laptop. The screen was flickering on and off, so I dropped off the laptop to Brian...within a few hours Brian had diagnosed my problem and provided an affordable solution. I can always trust Brian to provide an honest diagnosis and his rates are awesome.
