My teacher is professional and supportive, often giving me tailored exercises to work on, and the staff who works there is very friendly.
They will reschedule make up classes for you if you inform them in advance that you're unable to make it to your class.
The room for the lesson, which is more like a cubicle, is a bit small but very cozy. There's always pretzels and animal crackers in the waiting room.
