My mother unexpectedly passed away in December, 2021. I was devastated and after making the decision that selling her property would be the best for my family, I began looking for a realtor knowledgeable in “probate” several were referred to me but one stood out over the others after interviewing them.

I am very happy with Princeton pacific property. Michael young was very helpful explaining the process since it was dealing with a trust sale after my mother passed. The process was quick and easy for selling a house. I also liked was he was honest and up front. With the market being crazy. Some people will tell you anything no Michael . They only thing is banks work slow. Which it's not agent fault. I was glad I went with PPP .
