This review is meant to highlight the superstar qualities of agent Holly Khouw (DRE #01478076), who works *exclusively* with Applegarth + Warrin (previously reviewed by me on Zillow).

Holly is that rare professional who brings it all to the table—brains, enthusiasm, communication, resourcefulness, humor and kindness—which combine to help make or break your purchase or sale of a home. This was not my first real estate transaction, and believe me, you will want this person on your team.

Working with the popular Applegarth + Warrin group to which she belongs, you’ll appreciate not only Paul’s real estate expertise but Holly’s attention to detail, ability to coordinate a million moving parts in time, impeccable writing skills (for your blurb) and keen eye for home presentation (with Kara Warrin). In addition, Paul, Kara & Holly try to mind your expenditures when possible. Make sure to ask, and they will give you honest advice on what is not worth improving on (or find a way to improve a spot in your floor to save you hundreds).

Lastly, I’m glad that Holly Khouw (with whom I worked most closely) had the instinct to go the extra mile in this difficult market. I doubt I would’ve gotten the result I wanted without her advice to write a letter. That, as well as the group’s access to multiple vendors for home prep & marketing, made all the difference.
