I had the greatest experience working with Paragon Body. The Team and staff were instrumental in the transformation of my mindset to reach the body goals that I wanted to achieve.

I have been working out with Paragon Body and Jordan Cook since the middle of 2019. I have found him and his other trainers to be some of the best around. They are attentive and technical as well as experienced. They have lots of energy and are motivational. The new gym is fantastic.

The trainers at paragon body are truly amazing! I can confidently say that they have helped me achieve my fitness goals in ways that I never could have on my own. Not only are they knowledgeable about exercise and nutrition, but they are also great motivators who truly care about their clients.

One of the things I appreciate most about Jordan and Cal is their ability to create personalized workout plans based on my specific needs and goals. They take into account my fitness level, health history, and any injuries or limitations I may have, and then design a program that is tailored to my unique circumstances. This makes my workouts much more effective and efficient, and also helps me avoid injury.

I have had the privilege of working with Jordan, Callaway and Taylor both one on one and in classes through my company. All of them bring tons of enthusiasm and go out of their way to create a fun environment. The workouts can be tough, but they'll never push you more than you can handle. After a year of taking classes, my cardio is through the roof, and I'm in the best shape of my life. They will put you on a workout routine and nutrition guide that will set you up for success. The gym is super nice as well. I highly recommend using Paragon if you want to get in shape while having fun.

Jordan is honestly the best trainer and cheerleader! He listens to your goals and executes a plan that will get you there. He is always willing to listen to you and help you. I can honestly say he is one of the best in his industry. Bri Gillespie is the best nutritionist. Jordan and Bri work as a team to make sure they are setting you up for success.
Bris approach to nutrition is set up in a way where you get the tools and education you need to set you up for life. It's not your typical chicken, rice, broccoli it's a plan that you actually look forward to. As someone who is trying to reverse my type2 diabetes she is teaching me how to eat to control my blood sugar.
I can't recommend Jordan and his team enough!
