She strives to build our strength and flexibility and as an added bonus she educates us with some health tips. I always feel energized and stronger after her classes. I can’t live without her classes!

(March 21, 2018, 5:07 pm)I've been going to Teresa's classes for many years to keep my back in shape. Teresa is easy to follow continuously, and makes class interesting--I'm never bored. My abilities are less than most due to back and neck issues but her moves are easily modified either way for those who can do more or like me, less. I strongly recommend Pilates By Teresa as the way to go if you are looking for a regular pilates class. She keeps her prices reasonable too!

(March 19, 2018, 10:20 pm)Teresa’s classes are fun and informative. Lots of modifications are explained to help individual determine their wellness journey. Teresa cares for her clients and it’s shows as she continually works on educating herself in the fitness field and then shares that info in class. There are so subs when Teresa is out of town. I like this because it means the classes are consistent. Online booking means a spot is reserved for you. Awesome.

I have been attending Teresa’s classes for almost a year and have no intention of stopping - I usually get bored or give up on exercise classes and gyms after a few more months... not the case with Teresa. She makes every class fun and different (I attend her Pilates, Strength and Stretching and dance and movement classes). She offers drop in class options - worth a try, you won’t regret it.
