Alberto and Ghissell helped us with home remodeling. The pros:
- they were focused on our project until it was complete. Even though some intermediate milestones were not hit exactly on time, the overall time for construction and budget was very accurate.
- the appealing thing for me was that they were a one stop shop for all the steps from demolition, framing, drywall to plumbing, tiling, cabinet install and cleanup. It saves time on search and scheduling.
- not only they have all the skills for complete remodel, they also love their work and care about quality outcome, which shows in the end result.
- every day vefore they left, they cleaned up the project site so we could continue to live there.
Cons:
- they are a small team and don't outsource any parts, so the initial time estimate was longer than some of the other bids we had for complete remodel.
- we had some issues with communication, which caused a few redos. It would help to stand by, observe and make corrections earlier.

I recommend them for interior paint, flooring install, crown molding and general carpentry. We love our new kitchen.
