Can't believe I've never written a review on NBRSC as I've used them multiple times in the past 5+ years. They ENTIRE staff is caring, compassionate, professional and their facility is nice and welcoming. (I was a Paramedic/Firefighter for years so I know a little about medical facilities including the Top Notch, the so-so and the "avoid at all costs" in Patient and Out Patient providers/hospitals. The North Bay Regional Surgery Center sets THE standard of care when it comes to Out-Patient surgical needs in my humble opinion. I owe them a debt of gratitude that I could never repay.

Was a good experience. Really clean waiting area and inside the hospital area is extremely clean as well. I had a procedure done and it was done well. They appeared to have good sterile technique and talked me through what they were doing. Nice staff.

Quality Surgery Center. Caring, plentiful staff. Very efficient. Beautiful facility appears very new and clean. My spouse and I have had three surgeries here in the last 2 years and each time was a very good exp.
