Napa Valley eBikes

Really great bikes from a great business. Rented an e-mountain bike here and honestly found it to be extremely sturdy, durable, and just fast. Made biking on trails a breeze. Also found the price to be the best in all of Napa (where others charge over $100 for just a regular mountain bike).

The staff here were also extremely friendly and helpful. Ian was more than helpful in explaining how the bikes worked and even recommending which routes/trails to try out.

Will definitely be renting a bike from here in the future whenever I’m in Napa!

Came with a group of 6. It were well taken care of and got the bikes figured out and setup for everyone. The bikes are new and well maintained. The staff let us know about the different trails we could go on depending on what terrain we were looking for.

Overall it was a great experience and everyone in the group loved it.

I highly recommend Napa Valley eBikes! LJ was very professsional, patient, and friendly. He was really good with giving us instructions on how to operate the bike and how to get to the Napa Valley Vine Trail.
This trail also runs parallel to the Napa Valley Wine Train route. Reserve at least two hours because the time goes very fast. LJ extended our time by an extra hour (with an affordable extra fee) because we were having so much fun and wanted to ride to Yountville. The bike and helmet were clean and in very good condition, like new. Battery life is dependent on your weight, how far you ride, and how often you use the throttle, which is very addicting! Batteries were fully juiced when we started our ride. Also, remember that the bike rental store parking lot is off Highland Drive when you are coming back on East Ave and have to make a right turn to get back to the building. Napa Valley eBikes are the best. You will be glad you chose them for your ride!

Great bikes and excellent service! Bikes were fast and fun to ride and easy to use. Some have faster acceleration than others which make them seem a lot faster even though they all have a similar top speed. Leroy was very helpful and when we happened to get a flat tire he came and swapped out the bike super quickly! Would go again !

Amazing company. Donot walk but RUN TO NAPA VALLEY EBIKES … awesome customer service beautiful bikes, the best ever went 25 miles and had a full battery. Please support small local businesses and support the owners and staff.
