I was in town from Chicago and the guy in Napa sent me up to Yountville for a more scenic ride through the vineyards. The bike worked great. The staff couldn’t be more friendly. I had a blast….I highly recommend Napa Valley Bike tours

I rented the city bike it was well maintained and fairly light weight. Noah was very helpful and friendly. I really enjoyed the overall experience.

Phil(not pictured) fixed my bike for me. But another employee was kind enough to take a picture with my e-bike. I asked them to replace a blown tube in my front tire. I also requested that they attach my horn button near the left handle bar. Not only did they do this for me, but they also tightened down my big light that sits just above my front wheel. I was really impressed with their service.

Guys in the shop were super helpful and fast. Absolutely wasn’t expecting the immediate attention and help for a small service issue—but they were just as engaged with it as if I were buying a $5,000 bike. Definitely will bring my bike here for all future service needs…and it will be my first stop next time I buy a new bike!

One of my friends ordered a Specialized e-mountain bike and we picked it up today. What an awesome bicycle shop. Clean restrooms. Plenty of bicycles and parts. My Yamaha e-bike needed an adjustment and it was done in 5 minutes. Wow. These guys know their bicycles and it shows. The bonus is the shop is located on the Napa Valley bicycle trail. We did 10+ miles up to Yountville from the shop. What a fun day! Thank you everyone at Napa Valley Bike Shop. You guys get the Jeff H. award for best bike shop in Napa.
