Mt Tamalpais Cemetery

My husband and I visited my father's gravesite today in Garden A5 area. Unfortunately the gophers had undermined the area and even though we had a map from last year's visit, it was impossible to find his marker. We'd brought along tools to clean up the marker and had begun to search. After about five minutes of poking around, two cemetary employees arrived with shovels to help. With the map, they were quickly able to find my father's resting place. They took over the digging and even blew the dirt off the marker. These two gentlemen were wonderful helpers and what could've been a very difficult situation was made very pleasant. They were congenial but respectful and helpful. Their names are Damian and Jadon. They said we could call ahead of our visit and they would do the same. We only get out there once a year so this assistance would be very helpful. Kudos to those two employees for a job well done.

Always a pleasant and professional experience with the 'office' here. They helped arrange a service for my Gram this last burial. Could not have done it without them. John even attended which I found touching. A family cemetery for over 70 years now. Thank you.

I did buy mine plot to rest with my dad side of the family and its in the Redwoods area the MOST stung place to live resting with running water (In the raining season) and you up in the hills and see natural beside of you and wildlife just want to say hello to you!

As for as the staff goes, SUPPER friendly and they do TRY to keep this place beautyfull but their some other people who does vist here seem to like to reuin thing and brings pets in which I have mixs feelings about that. I wish owner of the pet owner pick the pets mess but nooo they feel the dead won't notces WAKE UP! We don't want crap on us nore you would like we do to YOU!

Things I can't understand is how people said a bad rap here! It's pretty to come here end of story!
