    This company is great, professional, clean and tidy but most of all very knowledgeable about the services they are providing. Their service area includes Circle Oaks which is 11 miles east of Napa where a lot of companies won't come up here.

    We had a shower back up the week of Thanksgiving and Mr. Rooter were able to get out the next day, arrived on time and quickly and professionally handled it. We were relieved to have them out and the issue tackled so fast.

    I'm giving my review to Nickie for being so helpful, respectful and very pleasant to talk to. And to the plummer Jason Griffin who was awesome. He was very knowledgeable, professional and attentive and arrived when he said he would be. I chose this business because they actually talked one on one on the phone with me (which is very rare these days) without having to fill out a questionnaire on-line. I appreciate the personnal attention. Would highly recommend them.

    I am so impressed from start to finish with this company. Starting with a phone call and speaking to Nikki, about scheduling a technician after two attempts with other companies.
    She listened attentively and saw that my needs were met. The crew that was sent out was awesome, professional, Hard working, Courteous and… cleaned up after themselves! How refreshing to have someone return a call, show up on time, keep on the job until it’s done, correctly! Thank you!!
