JR's Plumbing and Drain

Miguel from JR's Plumbing was very efficient and polite when replacing my dishwasher! Thank you for the great service!

Our toilets backed up and then backed up to the shower and bathtub on Monday morning (10/25/21). I called several plumbers and companies that were referred to me and no one could (or want to) help me. ABC Sewer and Drain came but when the head plumber found that the plumbing vent was on the roof, he left promptly and said he could not help us! He said the job would be a two-person job and too much of a job for him by himself. He also said the company doesn’t go on any roofs anymore due to insurance issues! I was so upset and distraught because no plumber wanted the job since the house (and most of all the other houses in this neighborhood) had the plumbing vent on the roof!
I finally looked at the American Canyon Chamber of Commerce Membership Directory and found JR’s Plumbing! I called them and Jennifer from JR's Plumbing was great. The company was booked (especially since it rained so much on Sunday) but Jennifer was persistent and called their plumbers to see if anyone could help us before the day was over. Jennifer soon called back, gave me an estimate, and scheduled Cedric to come out within 30 minutes. Both Jennifer and Cedric are ANGELS!!!

Cedric was very humble, kind, strong, and knowledgeable about the plumbing. Immediately he analyzed the situation, got his tools and ladder, and was on the roof cleaning out our plumbing vent. I was amazed (and impressed) that Cedric took care of the plumbing situation all by himself (especially since no other plumber wanted to go on the roof initially)!

The cost of the repair was very much worth it and Cedric even gave us a military discount (since my Dad was a Navy veteran)!

I recommend JR’s Plumbing and would give them a “10” if I could!!!

I am soooooooo grateful and pleased with this company, and I would definitely use them again! I called late yesterday morning and Scott was at my house before 2 pm! He was absolutely amazing, professional, friendly, knowledgeable, and so fast. I had 2 leaky supply lines to my water heater that needed to be replaced! Scott had all the needed supplies with him, so the job was taken care of within minutes literally!!! Thanks a million!!!

This is a great company to work with if you experience issues with your water heater! They are super responsive and very customer focused. The technician who came to our house, Scott, was really professional and super cool. He took time to fully explain the work/repairs he had to make and was very thorough in his work. We are very happy with the repairs and we're back online with hot water which means my wife is happy again! :)
