(March 27, 2021, 11:49 am)Rachel Felt is building a unique group of moms in the form of a gym where she offers more than fun workouts, she has knowledgeable coaches that specialize in different classes, she has a variety of classes for kids & adults. Moms in this gym are supportive to one another willing to give advice or sometimes just words of encouragement to help the other mom get thru her day. This gym is more than a gym it's a community.

Rachel has built such an incredible workout community that seriously caters to parents. She is a small business that through hard work, perseverance and community support has become such a haven. TRX, Group classes, personal trainers, weekend Mom retreats, yoga, park workouts, stroller workouts, pop up pilates, nutritional classes, Cooking for the week classes. She is SO receptive to new ideas and I’ve seen her implement things her clientele has asked for or suggested. Children of all ages are welcome. You can keep them with you, they can work out with you or you can take advantage of their child care which is TRULY affordable. Rachel is a Mom to 3 young ones and she understands the struggles of parenting, trying to get in a solid workout, finding like minded friends you can with grow with. I promise, you will not be disappointed!!!
