A relaxed & positive atmosphere where everyone is so supportive & encouraging! It doesn't matter what level you are, whether you're just starting to work out or a seasoned athlete. Coach Katie will work with you! She is so easy to work with & has an incredible passion to help her clients meet their nutritional & health goals. Definitely check her out if you're in the area or looking for something different!

Coach Katie was awesome teaching me the basics of lifting, helped me set my goals and motivated me to show up. 6 months in and I'm seeing significant improvement in my flexibility and top end strength. As a bonus, now my knees don't hurt as much when I run!
