(March 14, 2021, 9:29 pm)Beautiful place with three good size parking lot. Nice trail to walk along the water. Few trees are there to sit and relax. Biking is added fun. Marshy land is really beautiful with birds chirping. Small kids play area is there. Washrooms are there but at present closed due to Pandemic situation.

(June 25, 2019, 1:11 am)Found this hidden Jewel doing a work outing. Nice BBQ area for a party. Beautiful view of the Oakland estuary. It's directly behind the airport rental Plaza. If you're driving too fast you're pass right by it. It's on the Thruway in between the rental car Transit Center but before you get 2 Alameda. There's lots of parking. Pretty open. There's a grassy area where kids can play soccer or just roll in the grass. They have a larger BBQ Pit area surrounded by about half a dozen tables. You can even walk down a ways to get a closer look at the estuary. You can see people jet skiing, rowing, and riding their boats as you picnic. There is a small rec center on site where you can host a event. Great little Hideout during the summer.
