First thing is there are so many Mikes Bike’s there must be one near you! I’ve been to 3 of locations (Los Gatos, Palo Alto & Pleasanton) all looked very nice had a great friendly & knowledgeable staff. They also carry great brands I’m partial to Giant and Santa Cruz....Specialized is overrated anyways. Check them out!

One of the best customer experience you will have for for any shop call my let alone a bike shop. Whether you're buying or getting your bike fixed, the staff is extremely professional call Mike courteous, and helpful. I have had the pleasure of dealing with Josh after repair cite a couple of times. Extremely honest, thoughtful and has gone out of his way to save me money every time. Great experience, always.

Always a great experience at Mike's Bikes, regardless of store. At Pleasanton, went in for a new saddle. Was never "upsold" and just got great and honest guidance. I have purchased two bikes from Mike's and have had nothing but great service and help on every occasion. This is a cyclist's store for sure.
