Had Ray help me repair my flat tire. He is super friendly and very knowledgeable. The service is super fast, I dropped off my bike and picked it up in the same afternoon and no one can beat the price! Ray also gave some suggestions on other pieces I should be careful about for safety, in a professional way that I feel he really cares about me as the customer. Thank you, Ray!

Ray was quick in response, the service prices were very reasonable and you would feel the passion he has for the work when you start speaking with him. Was able to get an appointment quickly and get things addressed with my new bike. I have no reason to look else where.

I haven't ridden my bike in a while & plan to start riding again in the Spring so brought it over to 5bikes for a tune-up. I arranged a time to drop-off and pickup. The location is accessible from the freeway and the shop is very clean. The owner, Ray, is friendly & knowledgeable. The website makes the services and prices easy to understand. The rates are very reasonable. The tune-up includes a wash. I plan to go back if I need any bike services in the future and would recommend 5bikes to others.

Ray helped us out with a tune up and wash for our family of 4. From the get go, he was responsive, friendly and knowledgeable. For the low prices listed, I kept waiting for some kind of catch, but we were only encountered with superior service and spotless bikes to boot! Would certainly recommend to others, and will certainly be switching over from our usual bike shop! Thank you, Ray!
