Really pleasant experience with Dean, who I hired to install a new toilet + electric bidet. The emailed estimate was 2-3 hours; he arrived just a few minutes late, and finished in 1.5 hours. He was friendly, put on booties when walking in the house, and offered helpful maintenance tips for the toilet. He also carried the crazy-heavy new and old toilets up and down the stairs cheerfully, and without even needing my assistance.
