Well to start the property was beautiful and very manicured along with the property manager who was very well trained in customer service. Which was very refreshing. I've been looking for somewhere to move and lately since Corona it seems like no one haves customer service anymore or cares but to my surprise I stumbled across this place and due to the way the property look along with the managers courteous and kind assistance I decided to move in and everything has been great since.
By far I one of the most peaceful communities I've lived in. The complex is always well maintained and clean. Amenities such as the pool and laundry room are such a plus to have which my family gets great use from. Biggest compliment to building management for always going above and beyond to ensure apartment needs are always met. Any questions, concerns or requests are welcomed with consideration & done right away or within a timely manner. The care of this building and the happiness of the tenants show it is being managed with effectiveness and care.
Peaceful apts, staffs respond quickly with your needs. Best place to live in San leandro
Its peaceful, the management is good but just a little too expensive. Pros is you're close to the marina
