I got there he told me that the battery should be under warranty since it's less than 50K for 4 years, granted I already called the dealer and they told me it's not. He called the dealer and spoke with the right person, I saved 300 dollars which he could have easily earned. I admire his honesty and highly recommend him for all your car's needs. -

(April 8, 2022, 2:32 pm)Since my car is out of manufacturer's warranty, I was keen to find a small and reliable shop that will work on my car and I think I have found it at M1. John- the owner and operator was extremely courteous, and it was a wonderful experience dealing with him and his team. He has been working on Mercedes Benzs since the early 1990s- thus giving him a wealth of experience in this field. The shop was clean and well organized. I was also very impressed on the turn around times and the prices. Very reasonable.
I will be definitely going back there. -

(March 3, 2022, 3:26 pm)John was great. When I took my car to the dealership, they wanted to charge me thousands to replace my steering wheel and airbags.
When i went to John, he found the same issues as the dealership but took worked with me to understand what was wrong and why the thought replacing the airbag was unnecessary.
He ended up fixing the issues i was seeing with my car and saving me over $2000!
This place is great!
