Beautiful reservoir. You can see quite far, especially when the air is clear, you can even see the Sierra Nevadas.

Very nice place for a hike….family picnic…humongous area!!
$6 parking…but worth it!!

55 miles of trails, beautiful weather and clear water. Would have loved it more if it was greener. Nevertheless great spot to spend a day exploring various trails. Lots of picnic tables and barbecue pits available too. $6 entry fee.

A pack of beer, a fish pole, you could spend all days here.

It is a quiet reservoir, not that many people.

About a half mile hike up to the water.

You could pack a blanket and have a picnic down at the green grass.

Beautiful, serene, sparsely crowded, best for small hikes and angling. North East entrance less crowded than south entrance and has a dam lookout point. Saw some beautiful birds as well.
