(October 1, 2022, 6:02 pm)VA Livermore has a staff of Doctors, Nurses, Technical staff, Administrative staff and maintenance staff who are always helpful and assistive in anyway they can be. The Drs. and their Nursing staff are always immediate with their responses to messages sent through My Healthe Vet.. Around the World I have never had better health care.

(May 20, 2022, 4:11 pm)I'm giving this location five stars, because they seem to value, respect and want to help veterans deal with health related conditions. When I first arrive and told of the negative service I got at another location, the receptionist was very helpful in getting me registered and recommended a doctor who is experience in dealing with my health concern. I also like that this clinic sits on a campus like setting, with lots of parking. This location is by far the best in Alameda County.

(January 28, 2020, 10:43 pm)This place from what I've heard through the years used to be a full service hospital that treated our wonderful veterans when they came home from service. Beautifully tucked in the hills of Livermore, ca. They are now a clinic I have been coming here for my father in-law for about 6 years. They have vision, hearing, prosthetics, primary care and more. I have never waited more then 15 minutes after our appointment time. Staff is always pleasant to deal with and always eager to listen and assist with any of our needs. I hear they are now building a new location that this one will be going to in French camp, CA. I just wonder what's to happen to all of the wildlife.

(August 26, 2017, 2:50 pm)I come here often with my parents for their appointments and everything has always been great. Service is usually on time (but we all know how sometimes wait times are longer than we'd like) the buildings are well kept and they have plenty of snack bar areas, many seating areas, and many building with nice views of the well kept grounds outside. Always quiet here room. Very nice. I also found a special rose garden today dedicated to staff and those in memory. Beautiful.
