Dr. Christine and her nutritionist Lindsay are thorough, patient and quite knowledgeable. After just a few weeks on a program to eliminate problem foods, reintroduce selectively, and clean out my gut with a mix of nutraceuticals, I am beginning to feel more energy.

They cover the whole wellness spectrum, including sleep issues and stress reduction.

After each major consultation, I am sent a summary of the notes and recommended steps going forward -- a documented treatment plan and updates. That's something I haven't received from any other medical professional, and it's very helpful in keeping me on the same page with my doctors and on track.

Lindsay sent me a list of the 15 foods we agreed I will reintroduce in the next six weeks, and included a list of recipes, so I can be as comfortable as possible with the reintroduction.

Overall, I have a long way to go, but I'm feeling confident that I'll conquer long-standing digestive (and other) issues and restore my energy.

Dr. Christine is amazing! She is caring, honest, and resourceful. You'll learn something about your self every visit because she guides you to a better lifestyle and version of yourself. I have been treated by Christine for almost 2 years now for a variety of things. Primarily acupuncture and cupping for major pain- back and neck issues. Pre and post surgery. I can’t express how these types of treatments and the overall knowledge that I’ve acquired from her has changed me and my families lives. Initially I was a little skeptical and scared of trying this form of treatment. But I was also desperate, in constant debilitating pain, and trying to stay off of pain medication. I wish I would’ve found her sooner!! My pain levels decreased significantly and I could sleep. That was so important as it was taking a real toll on my mood and mental clarity on a daily basis. My mobility increased as well. She is kind, compassionate, informative, and very knowledgeable. She spends a lot of time going over and explaining everything. She is now our go to for many things and ailments. We get all of our supplements and vitamins from her. She has provided us with herb and supplement protocols that have even helped several family members get through and recover from C-19. She is currently assessing me for hormonal imbalances that are wreaking havoc on my daily life. I highly recommend her and feel very fortunate to have found this place.

My experience with Christine has been nothing but positive! She's easy to talk to and understand. I came to her after receiving muscle relaxers from my regular Dr. , which I was uncomfortable taking. Glad I made the choice to call her! After a few sessions, my back and neck pain have almost completely went away.
