I wish I could rate Lindsay and Steven Groff as 10's!! We were headed back home from visiting my mom. We wanted to get my mom hearing aids since she misses phone calls and conversations with people she engages with. Every hearing aid location turned us away due to being booked. Lindsay took us in with no hesitation. I was impressed with how kind and understanding Lindsay was with my mom. She took time to ensure my mom was comfortable with her aids and ensured the aids met her needs. I was nervous waiting to find out the cost of the hearing aids. The hearing aids were surprisingly lower than expected which I am thankful for. Mom was so excited about being able to hear conversations that she had previously missed out on. We feel content to know that we are leaving mom with the ability to hear, thus be able to take care of herself.
My husband has hearing aids from a place back in New Mexico. Lindsay was able to adjust the hearing aids to allow my husband to hear me better while keeping the background noise at bay. The hearing specialist "back home" did not take the time as Lindsay did to test if my husband could hear me in different environments. Thank you Lindsay and Steven. . .my husband can no longer "pretend" not to hear me :)
If you want to get hearing aids whether it be for yourself or your loved ones, this should be your FIRST stop. Lindsay takes the time to access your hearing needs and does NOT take advantage of you price wise. You will NOT be disappointed at the GREAT customer service you will receive here. They even have snacks, water, and coffee as you wait. May not be able to snatch one up since they see you right away. Thank you again Lindsay and Steven for your time and help! Wish we lived in Napa, Ca. to use your services.
