I had an amazing Pilates experience at this studio. The workout was challenging but enjoyable. The instructors are highly skilled and they really go the extra mile to ensure their clients get the most out of their workouts. This studio is clean, organized, and well-maintained. I always feel comfortable and safe during my workouts.

Love coming to this studio! All the instructors have been so motivating and accommodating (especially with my back injury). My first class here was with Jeanette and she offered some good tips and modifications to not put more strain in my back. These classes may seem easy but they’re definitely not! I’m always surprised how much I sweat through them. Happy to say I’ve been coming here consistently and it truly doesn’t disappoint!

I've never tried a Lagree workout before, but I'm now half a dozen classes in at this studio, and I'll definitely keep going! The instructors are friendly and attentive especially if you let them know you need any modifications. There's not really any "rest" built into the workout, so that gets a little intense - make sure to take care if you need a break while on the platform!
Each workout is a little different, but I always leave with my muscles tired out but spirits uplifted.
Other notes: they provide grip socks (which are needed to use the machines) for first time students or for purchase. I've never had trouble finding parking in the lot, which is convenient.

Everyone at the studio is super welcoming, nice and friendly from your first class. The instructors make every effort to accommodate students' need and go over any and all questions you have to make sure you have a great and safe workout. They are very patient in explaining how the machine work and are always open to helping students new students get acclimated.

What I found really great is that every instructor learns your name really fast, making it feel like you're at home. During class, they constantly give you words of encouragement and support when you're doing well but also when you need that extra push! They really help you challenge yourself with every workout.

The class is definitely something very different than any other workouts I've been to and it really test your strength, stamina, and willpower. It might not be an "easy" class to start off with, but if you're open to it and are consistent, you will see the benefits of all the work you put into it.

The studio is very clean and wipes are given out after every class to wipe down the machine for the next student. It's an intimate space and finally, towels are provided to you should you need them. I highly recommend this studio and workout for those who really want to focus on getting in shape and in challenging your body to reach your body goal!

Hands down top 3 hardest workouts I’ve ever done and it’s only 40 minutes! Everything is slow tempo which is what makes the exercises more intense. It’s low intensity which is great for everyone regardless of your level of fitness expertise. This is a great workout for those who want to get tone and really focus on building muscle

The studio is super cute! It is a smaller studio I believe it has 10 mega reformers. The coaches are great! Kat, Job, and Richelle have been my favorite coaches so far! They do a great job of talking throughout the whole class to keep you engaged and they make sure to keep an eye on every single person to make sure your form is correct which I very much appreciate.

The classes are quite pricey ($35 per class) and it’s a 40 minute class versus 50 minutes like most other fitness studios or training classes. They have a new client member special for $119 for 8 classes and you have to use it within 30 days from your first class. They have passes you can purchase that won’t expire and they have monthly membership package options.

You will absolutely have a great workout after every class. I highly recommend everyone trying it because I promise you will be back!
