We came to Muirwoods during the pandemic. The staff and management team at Muirwoods went above and beyond to help our family navigate the complicated transfer from another residential program that was not the best fit for our loved one.

Over the past 18 months, our family has travelled from bear and far. We have come to enjoy the freedoms to visit as best fits the needs of both our lives and our mother’s sense of well-being, at any stages of her abilities.

The care-team at Muirwoods is responsive and amazing at balancing the sense of well-being for each individual with the utmost respect. We are assured that our mom will have a blessed journey as she lives comfortably and engaged her at Muirwoods. - Allēēn Christian

I have found Muir Woods to be the perfect setting for my spouse. Lisa is sales was hopeful in navigating the process to get my spouse admitted. Since then, the entire staff has been responsive to my questions and offered some valuable advice in caring for my wife. The staff calls you be name and very friendly. I feel my wife is in a safe, supportive and comfortable environment.

I would like to thank Muir Woods and the wonderful staff for the care they gave my uncle for the last few months of his life. My Uncle Eddie moved into the facility on 3/1/22 and remained there until he passed away on 5/11/22. Lisa and Tracy got things started for me and were so helpful and compassionate every step of the way. I live in upstate NY and traveled back and forth to see my Uncle over the last few months. Upon arriving to see my Uncle I was always greeted so kindly by Tina or Melanie at the front desk. Lupe took the care of my uncles every day health needs and answered all my questions with compassion. Tolu kept me up to date on billing and care.
I will always be forever grateful to the staff of Muir Woods for the exceptional care they gave my Uncle Eddie in his time at Muir Woods. They treated me like a long time friend and I will miss the conversations we had during my visits. I would highly recommend any family looking for outstanding care for their loved ones to see Lisa and the staff of Muir Woods!

Amazing community with professional office and maintenance staff. Ajmal and Stephanie were very helpful and easy to work with. It is such a delight to be home in this place. The community is very well maintained. I love this place!

I just moved my mom into Muir woods. I could not be happier. Jamie is an outstanding Exec. Director The staff are friendly , and responsive. I had my mom at another national assisted living facility for 10 years. i wish I had found Muir woods 10 years ago. Their care is outstanding.

Just moved in and its great. The apartment is just what I wanted, I was approved and handed the keys in just a few days and the office has handled all my questions quickly. Ive walked through the complex a few times and have met a bunch of the neighbors. They've all been friendly and the family's and kids all seem happy. This has been an easy moving experience and I can't be happier.

The staff is awesome,...they take great care of each resident respective to individual needs. The facility is clean and well maintained,. The grounds are exceptional and include beautiful raised flower beds designed for residents in mind. Truly one of the best facilities I've been able to find for my mom!

We lived at these apartments for 3 years and have recently moved out, our experience with the complex was wonderful. Stephanie the property manager was nothing but nice to us our entire time renting there and the staff were professional and incredibly friendly. Our only gripes were with things beyond their control, parking in the evening is difficult when you have multiple tenants with cars and cell reception in the area is spotty at best. Aside from that, the neighborhood is filled with many active families, the grounds are pleasant and well maintained, and the proximity to the downtown Pleasanton scene should not be taken for granted. We've enjoyed our time their and are sad to leave but having been there we gladly recommend to people looking for a wonderful place to stay. Our only notes to future tenants are that Las Ventanas is close to many schools so at 3 o'clock the road in the area fill quickly and secondly there are many events that happen on main street so be aware they close down some roads, luckily there are many ways to get to the apartment.
