She impresses on so many levels - first with her depth of knowledge, her sensitivity to my dad's age/ hearing problem, very patient with our endless inquiries, and best of all - a fantastic sense of humor! She makes us feel comfortable immediately and I will always remember to recommend her to anyone who asks. Thank you for such a wonderful first impression!
