4 years update on my review:
Life Storage on Las Plumas continues to be the best in class! Including the best staff Ariana, Kimberly (the former manager), and Johnny, the new manager. These people are amazing and do great work, personable, providing excellent customer service! I’d give them more stars if I could. 7-STAR service & facilities. Thank you 💯 -

The staff is truly amazing and accommodating and always give their best effort at helping you with any problems. Kimberly, the manager, does a fantastic job and goes above and beyond to help bring any ease she can to her customers. It’s always a joy to see Kimberly when I’m stopping by the storage.
Life storage will continue to be my preferred choice when storing anything.
You can't beat the hospitality and the prices. -

If you are lucky enough to rent a space here you will be amazed at the customer service you will receive, not only is the staff here incredibly accommodating but their manager is nothing less then a godsend . Kimberly is amazing at her job and when I was at a last minute move was kind and helpful beyond words.
You know you’re in good hands here and so are your valuables! Highly recommend Life Storage! -

(September 20, 2022, 1:46 am)Life storage is by far the best storage facility I have ever rented from. It's kept extremely clean both inside and out, the gate hours are great because I can access my storage from early in the morning until late at night, but above all else, the staff is very helpful, accommodating, very professional, and extremely friendly. The manager Kimberly is amazing. I would definitely recommend Life storage on Las Plumas Ave in San Jose, CA. to anyone wanting to rent a storage unit.
