Action Urgent Care

This was a smooth experience. The reason I chose an online appointment was because I had a similar experience before, had to be at work and was going out of town the next day: I needed easy and fast. Booking the appointment was simple. The only reason it is a four star is because my link to Zoom didn't work, so there was some workaround time, which made me nervous, but it worked out. Assistant who did my intake was very friendly and professional. The doctor was the same and was able to help me. Overall, about 25 mins. Great experience.

Came here this past Monday as my 5 year old cut her finger pretty bad. Our regular Dr was booked so I found action urgent care. The girls at the front desk were very helpful and kind, quick process to download the app to register, etc. The wait was not to bad, throughout one of girls kept me updated. Once we saw the Dr we ended up not needing stitches thankfully. Dr was so gentle with my little one I really appreciated that. Before we left she gave us some gauze, antibiotic cream, and tape to wrap. That was awesome! I was glad I didn't have to go to the store. I had a great experience and will definitely come back and recommend to family and friends.

The doctor and nurses were absolutely great. Got me in within 10-15 minutes of arriving, took the time to listen to my issue and the doctor was in to examine me very quickly. Doctor was very personable and provided treatment immediately. Would highly recommend going here for any urgent care needs!

Doctor consultation was great. They do covid, flu and strep tests before. Dr. Megan is really good. It took around 1.5hrs in spite of scheduled appointment with different in-clinic tests. They should increase the seating arrangement in the waiting area as there is room for only 2. Overall it's good.

Quick service, good treatment. Prescriptions called into the pharmacy and I was able to pick them up very quickly. I had bronchitis and didn’t feel well. Both the doctor and the staff were caring and professional.
